What Our Warranty Service Includes
We take full responsibility for the process, ensuring your appliances are functional and safe for the duration of the warranty period.
- Comprehensive 2-Year Cover: All white goods (cooking, refrigeration, laundry, and dishwashing) supplied by PL-Furniture are covered for a full 24 months from the date of installation.
- Direct Management: You don't deal with external call centers. Your claim is logged directly with our team, streamlining the process and reducing resolution time.
- Expert Diagnosis: Our service team, whose drivers are trained on appliance installation at the IWGE, can often diagnose and manage issues quickly.
- Hassle-Free Resolution: We manage the necessary logistics, parts ordering, and engineer scheduling to ensure a swift repair or replacement of the faulty unit.
Key Warranty Conditions
This warranty covers manufacturing and component faults under normal domestic operating conditions.
It excludes damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow manufacturer care instructions.
